Charity: What We’ve Achieved Recently

We believe that a team’s strength lies not only in creativity, but also in its ability to act with care and gratitude. That’s why every year for us is filled not only with work but also with socially important projects.
Here are some of the initiatives we’ve managed to bring to life recently.

Renovation of the Surgical Treatment Room at Zdolbuniv Hospital
In the spring of 2025, we contributed to the renovation of the surgical treatment room at Zdolbuniv Hospital. During this time, the space was expanded, and all necessary repairs were completed. Thanks to the renovation, all procedures related to bone and purulent infections can now be performed separately — in safe and comfortable conditions.
This means better care for patients, a more convenient environment for doctors, and another step toward modern medicine in our region.
For us, this project is about care, responsibility, and the belief that good deeds truly make the world better.

“Solidarity with the Armed Forces” Initiative
We continue the tradition we started a few years ago — the “Solidarity with the Armed Forces” initiative.
Every year, on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, Zagrava team members donate an amount equivalent to one working day’s pay (or more) to a volunteer fund — and in return, the company grants them an additional day off.
This year, we managed to raise ₴133,627, which became part of a larger collective effort to support those who protect us every day.
It’s our way of saying thank you to those who keep us safe — and a reminder to ourselves that the team’s true strength lies in shared values and actions.

Together We Can Do More
Hospital renovations, charitable fundraisers, support for social initiatives — all of these are different expressions of one idea: to act with kindness and compassion.
We believe that even small steps can create meaningful change — especially when we take them together.
