One day you’re racing through a few rounds of Fortnite after work, another — diving into deep chats about the slow, melancholic vibe of Disco Elysium. Someone might try to rope you into a game of table tennis over lunch, while someone else will drop an anime recommendation. It’s easy to find like-minded people here — or discover a new hobby you never saw coming.

What really stands out is the overall culture — friendly and transparent. It’s great to know that people here always make time to answer questions and offer help when you need it. I also really appreciate the perks, especially the support for English classes and sports — that’s super relevant for me. And of course, it feels great to know (and brag a little!) that you’re working on games known around the world.

From the moment I walked into my interview, I knew ZAGRAVA was something special. The office is full of energy and positivity, and everyone is warm and welcoming.
